“My goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and perhaps maybe even a bit fun.”

Hello, I’m Sarah Snodgrass — full-time realtor since 2006, KC resident, and KU grad. I live in a 1939 white shingle and limestone cottage in Brookside with my husband and our two little boys. Fun facts: I was born and raised in Kentucky, I am a master gardener, and my home has been featured in the Kansas City Star for its retro pink kitchen.

As an agent, I offer a varied skill set to my clients. In addition to providing my clients with insights into local neighborhoods and architecture, I strive to stay informed about local news, developments, and regulations. In this ever-changing industry, it is very important to stay informed. My clients often compliment me on my professionalism, and tell me that they hired me because they knew I would understand their taste, preferences, and be able to relate on a level that other agents can’t. In negotiations, I feel it is important to be calm, reasonable, and fair while still standing up for my clients’ best interests. Staging and design is very important to me and I enjoy helping clients visualize how to renovate fixer-uppers and share design ideas.

Overall, I think what has made me a successful agent is my commitment to exceptional customer service. I treat all of my clients the same, regardless of the price tag, and I strive to provide the kind of representation that I would want for my own family.

“I love getting to know people and their stories.”

I’m Grace Fancher, a licensed real estate agent in both Kansas and Missouri. I am a proud 5th generation Kansas Citian, born and raised. I love everything Kansas City and consider it the best hidden gem. Even though I know this city well, I am constantly discovering new unique places to explore. I currently live in Fairway, KS with my husband Mark. I would describe my home as a “retro cottage” with its pink bathroom and 1950s stove.

My favorite thing about my job is the people. I love getting to know each of my clients and guiding them through the process. One strength of mine is being able to relate to all types of people and pinpoint their taste and preferences very quickly. I enjoy the matchmaking element of the job and helping my clients find their perfect dream home. I think this also shows in my negotiating skills, as I always have my clients best interest at heart.

Home decor and design are a passion of mine so I’m lucky to use that in my profession. Collaborating with sellers to stage their homes is something I never get tired of doing. I believe I go above and beyond for all my clients, making them a top priority – quality and personalized service is something I strive to provide.

Meet Jenn Wetzel

Jenn Wetzel

I’m Jenn Wetzel, a licensed real estate agent in both Kansas and Missouri.  I have lived in the Kansas City area for almost 20 years and currently live in the City of Westwood, Kansas (just over State Line, west of the Country Club Plaza) with my husband and two children. My house is built post-war (1947) and I have a similar layout as many of my neighbors, which makes for fun comparisons. I love the walkability in my neighborhood and accessibility to KC-metro resources such as Union Station, Downtown and community spaces. Libraries are my jam.

I love the buzz Kansas City offers without the headaches of a big city.  After living in a few other places, I believe KC is the perfect-sized city.  Generally easy to get around (and park!), it has a beautiful variety of homes, friendly people, green spaces and so many avenues for creative entertainment.  I have worked for the past 10 years as a professional commercial photographer, and as I had more interior and architectural gigs, I wanted to further explore these spaces that give people pride; their homes, their communities, and the way their city works.  These are things I’m passionate about and I want to help clients find the places and communities that they can call home. I am excited to work with Sarah and Grace to facilitate the buying/selling process and provide exceptional service to our clients.
